Sign your documents electronically. In Arabic and English. In minutes.

An e-signature platform built for the UAE. Upload your document or create it with AI, review the fields, then send it for signature from any device.

How Signx works

  1. Upload the document

A PDF you already use, or a description of the one you need.

  2. Review the fields

Signx proposes the fields and where they go, and you change whatever you like.

  3. Send for signature

Every signer gets a link of their own, in Arabic or in English.

  4. Track the status

See who opened the link, who signed, and who has not signed yet.

  5. Get the signed copy

A signed PDF for every party, with the audit trail attached.

Why Signx

  • Arabic and English from day one

Signx was built for both languages, with full right-to-left support. Neither one is a translation of the other.

  • No account, no app

The signer opens the link and signs straight from the browser on their phone or laptop.

  • Faster setup with AI

Signx proposes the fields and where they go, or writes the document from your description. You review everything before it is sent.

  • A complete audit trail

Every send, open and signature is recorded with its time and kept with the document.

  • A secure link for every signer

It carries your company name and logo, and it works for nobody else.

  • Know where every request is

The status of every signature request, and who has not signed yet, on one screen.

Neither one is a translation of the other

both are the original

The same signature request, in Arabic and English

Signx was built for Arabic and English from the start, with full right-to-left support. The layout turns with the language: the logo, the fields, the dates. And the signer gets it in the language they read, from Abu Dhabi or from anywhere.

Where teams use Signx

  • HR

Offer letters and employment contracts, signed by the candidate on their phone.

  • Legal

NDAs and authorisations, with an audit trail behind every signature.

  • Sales

Client agreements and quotations, sent and followed up to the last signature.

  • Operations

Internal approvals and handover forms between branches.

  • Education

Parent consent for trips and activities, in Arabic or in English.

A secure signing link with your company name and logo

A link that reads as phishing does not get opened, and nobody tells you. So every link carries your workspace name and logo, clearly and from the first glance, in the signer's language.

Review and sign

This link is yours alone and does not work for anybody else.

Security at Signx

  • A secure, unique link for each signer

Every signer gets a link of their own, and it works for nobody else.

  • Every workspace's data is isolated

The server checks every request, so nobody reaches documents outside their own workspace.

  • An audit trail that cannot be edited

Every signature request ends in a signed PDF with its trail attached, not editable once written.

  • Encrypted data

Your data and documents are encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Restricted, logged access

Access to production systems is restricted, and every time Signx staff open a document it is recorded with who and when.

  • Your documents stay private

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train models or for advertising.

A complete audit trail for every request

Every send, open and signature is recorded with its time and address, and kept with the document itself. It cannot be edited or deleted.

Three people, three different screens

An Emirati business owner at his laptop

The workspace owner

Sees the status of every signature request and who has not signed yet, from a desk in Dubai or from a phone.

An Emirati employee in an abaya working at her desk

The member

Joins by invitation, carries a job title and a branch, and does exactly what their permissions in this workspace allow.

No account and no app. They open the link and sign straight from their phone.

Twenty minutes of dragging boxes onto a twelve-page contract.

That is how the other platforms work, and again for every template. In Arabic it is worse.

Start from a document you already use

Upload your document, and Signx proposes the fields and where they go for you to review before anything is sent.

  1. It reads the page, not a picture of it

Signx reads the text, the ruled lines and the empty boxes in the file. If a page is scanned, it looks at it instead and tells you so.

  2. Every blank is measured, never guessed

Where each field sits is taken from the page itself: the line it rests on and the space left for it.

  3. The model names each field and its signer

What kind of field it is, whether it has to be filled, and who fills it: the party you send to, or your workspace before it goes out.

  4. You correct anything it got wrong

Every field is editable, and anything that needs a second look is flagged. Then you drag a field on the page until it sits right.

PDF, up to 25 MB. AI analysis covers the first thirty pages.

How Signx decides where the fields go

Or describe the document you need

Describe the document you need and Signx prepares it for you to review and edit before it is sent.

  1. You say what it has to cover

A sentence or a page, in Arabic or in English. If you have a document you want yours modelled on, attach it and the assistant reads that too.

  2. It works out what kind of document that is

It works out the parties, what each of them provides, and which values you fill in yourself before sending.

  3. It writes the document

Clause by clause, in your workspace's branding: your logo, your colour and your name on the page, because the file is what the other side keeps.

  4. It lays the page out and leaves the blanks

Every value somebody has to supply becomes a field, in its place on the page.

  5. You keep talking until it reads right

Add a clause, change a term, drop a party. The document is rewritten and the new page appears beside the conversation, and nothing is saved until you accept it.

Your workspace reviews the draft before it is sent for signature.

Both paths meet at the same steps: review, then placement, then send.

Then three steps: review, place, send

Review what was extracted

Every row is editable, and rows read with low confidence are flagged for you to check. You set who signs each role: a colleague signs here in Signx, or a client gets a link and is named when you send.

Place the fields on the page

The fields sit on the real document. Drag to move, drag an edge to resize, press the page to add whatever was missed.

Save and send for signature

The template is ready to reuse, and every signature request made from it carries the fields and roles exactly as you set them.

Common questions before you send your first document

Signx is an electronic signature platform built for the UAE. A company gets a workspace, uploads a document or describes the one it needs, reviews the fields, and sends it to the people who have to sign. The output is a signed PDF with an audit trail attached.
