Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Signx, an electronic signature platform operated by Pass Technology. By creating a workspace or signing a document through Signx, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, joining a workspace, or signing a document through a link we send you, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Each organisation gets its own workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for the actions of the members you invite. Access to a workspace is granted per member and can be revoked by a workspace owner at any time.
3. Electronic signatures and legal validity
Signatures created through Signx are electronic signatures. Each completed envelope produces a rendered signed document and an immutable audit trail recording who signed, when, and from where. You are responsible for confirming that an electronic signature is legally sufficient for your particular document and jurisdiction.
4. Your documents
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We process them only to provide the service: to render, deliver, sign and store them, and to produce the audit trail. We do not use the contents of your documents to train models or for advertising.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Signx to forge a signature, to impersonate another person, to send documents to recipients who have not consented to receive them, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is being used this way.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change these terms; where a change is material we will give notice in the product or by email before it takes effect.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. On closure we retain completed envelopes and their audit trails for the period required by applicable law, then delete them. We may terminate access for a material breach of these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of Signx is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
